Due to a large amount of community interest and a shortage of available grave lots in the Owensville City Cemetery, in 1991 the Gottenstroeter Funeral Home constructed a sixty four crypt mausoleum in the Southeast section of the cemetery.

Crypt spaces are priced at $2,150.00 each.  This price is comparable to what costs would be for a traditional earth burial when you consider the cost for a grave plot, grave opening and closing, burial vault and a monument.
