William N. Diestelkamp, 89, of Rosebud passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Mercy Hospital in Washington.
William was born in Royal, Mo. on September 29, 1927, to the late William C. and Oma (Spurgeon) Diestelkamp. On July 29, 1950, in Harrison, Ark. he was united in marriage to Nadine Medley.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Ricky Diestelkamp; brother, Doyle Diestelkamp; and sister, Ina Mae Pribianca.
His survivors include his wife, Nadine of the home; son, Larry Diestelkamp and wife, Debbie of Hermann; grandchildren, Heidi Allinger and husband Michael of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Jessica Diestelkamp of Union, Jason Diestelkamp and wife Stephanie of O'Fallon, Joann Ringeisen and husband, Steve of Owensville, Christina Reece and husband, Christopher of Festus, Angelia Pyrtle and husband, James of Gerald and Sharnea Diestelkamp of Gerald; great-grandchildren, Davin Allinger of Ypsilanti, Mich., Natalie Jarvie and husband Kevin of Ypsilanti, Mich., Susanna and Jordyn Diestelkamp of O'Fallon, Anthony Diestelkamp deployed in Mediterranean, Ricky, Garret and Shaylia Ringeisen of Owensville, Tyler and Abigail Reece of Festus, Landen and Blaine Diestelkamp of Gerald, Harley and Dalton Pyrtle of Gerald, and Rylan Diestelkamp of Gerald.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 8 at 2:00 p.m. at Countryside Memorial Gardens in Owensville with Pastor Shane Jarvis officiating.
