William Dare Clements, 88, of Owensville passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016, at Frene Valley Healthcare of Owensville.
William was born on May 26, 1928, in St. Louis to the late William J. and Katherine (Sajovetz) Clements. He served his beloved country for four years with the United States Army during the Korean War. He dearly loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him.
He was the devoted husband of 64 years to Virginia Dare Clements; the proud father of Rodney Dare and wife, Diane, Michael Dare and wife, Mary, Daniel Dare and wife, Cevita and the late Sally Dare Egan and husband, Danny; and loving grandfather of ten grandsons and two granddaughters, one great-grandson and two great-granddaughters.
He gifted his body to science at St. Louis University.
