Vivian Lorene Schulte, 81, of Owensville, Mo., passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2020, at Capital Regional Hospital in Jefferson City.
She was born on May 1, 1939, to Frank and Florence (Holzschuh) Wehmeyer in Owensville.
She was married to Arlin Lewis Schulte on Oct. 21, 1961, at First Baptist Church in Owensville.
Vivian was a member of First Baptist Church where she volunteered in the church nursery for many years. She also volunteered at Gasconade Country Historical Society Museum in Owensville. She enjoyed traveling, going to auctions, yard sales, going to Owensville Senior Center, playing bingo and enjoyed her time at "55 and older" with her friends and just being on the go.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Florence Wehmeyer; husband, Arlin Schulte; brother, Elvin Wehmeyer; sisters, Velda Branson and Wanda Haddox.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori Limberg and husband Farren of Owensville; brother, Frank Wehmeyer and wife Norma of Owensville; sister, Norma Schulte and husband Elmer of Owensville; and grandchildren, Jacob Limberg and wife Holli, Amanda Ogunjobi and husband David and Olivia Limberg.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, Aug. 18 from 4-8 at Gottenstroeter Chapel in Owensville.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, Aug. 19 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Owensville with Rev. Kevin Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Countryside Memorial Gardens.
Masks suggested but not required.
