Carl Lee Stone, 84, of Hermann, Mo., passed away on Friday, Aug. 28, 2020, at Frene Valley Stonebridge of Hermann.
He was born on Nov. 4, 1935, to Paul and Althea (Dawson) Stone in Pike County, Mo.
He was united in marriage to Daphane Jean English.
Carl had served his country with the National Guard, was long time farmer in Bowling Green, had managed Baldwin Land Company Duck Club for over 20 years and drove the Oats Bus for over 10 yeas. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Althea Stone; wife, Daphane Stone; sisters, Mary Raufer and Shirley Leggett; and stepson, Paul Zielinski.
He is survived by his daughter, Jan Stone of New York City, NY; son, Mike Stone and wife Linda of Hermann; brother, Paul Stone and wife Bonnie of Clarksville; step-daughter-in-law, Pat Zielinski of Columbia; grandchildren, Eden Rensing and husband Charlie of Kansas City and Austin Stone and wife Rebecca of Troy; great-granddaughter, Kaelynn Stone; step-grandchildren, Mike, Chris and Lori; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
His body was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
