Obituary

Evelyn June Bohl, 86, of Rosebud, Mo., went to the loving arms of her Savior on Friday, Oct. 7, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Washington.

She was born June 17, 1936, to Arnold and Hattie (Meyer) Wehmeyer in Rosebud, Missouri.

She was united in marriage to Kenneth Paul Bohl June 27, 1953, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud.

Evelyn enjoyed yard work, canning, spending time with family, and watching cardinal baseball games. She was an active member at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud and a member of the Rosebud Community Park for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Hattie; husband, Kenneth; grandson, Christopher Bohl; brothers, Marvin, Clarence, Norman and Arnold Jr.; and sisters, Florene Belloir and Ruth Miller.

She is survived by her sons, Kenton Bohl and wife Denise of Owensville, Jeffrey Bohl and wife Rhonda of Rosebud, Keith Bohl and wife Pam of Taos; daughters,  Donna Czeschin and husband Charles of Rosebud and Tina Brauks and husband Gary of Rosebud; sisters, Alice Belloir of Roseburg, Oregon and Marcie Winter and husband Melvin of Crosby, Texas; sister-in-law, Lucy Bohl of Swiss; brother-in-law, Daniel Bohl of Swiss; grandchildren, Vincent Bohl and fiancé Kelsey, Blake Bohl and wife Kelsey, Katie Rogers and husband Cody, Leah Leight and husband J.J., Ryan Bohl and wife Sarah, Nathan Bohl, Kayla Haslag and husband Skylor, Janna Ryerson and husband Adam, Zachary Brauks and wife Erin, Angie Beaty and Jesse Janssen and wife Kelsey, Brad Czeschin and wife Kiley, and Wendy Mehrhoff and husband Jason; and by 29 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 13 from 4-8 p.m. at Gottenstroeter Chapel in Owensville.

Funeral services will be Friday, Oct. 14 at 10:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud with Rev. Weiser officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.
